Wash at 30°C using a mild detergent without bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Turn the bedding inside out and wash with similar, soft fabrics.

Air drying is the most sustainable and fabric-friendly option. TENCEL™ dries naturally and relatively quickly.

Ironing is possible but often not necessary. If desired, iron only on the inside, using a low temperature setting.

TENCEL™ is a 100% natural and delicate material. It feels exceptionally soft but is more sensitive to creasing and friction than Silky Smooth. Over time, the subtle natural sheen may slightly fade.

Use a liquid, mild detergent without chlorine or oxygen bleach to protect both the fabric and color.

Orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, shipping costs depend on the destination (€7.95 – €12.95).

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day, unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before 9:30 PM are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a track & trace code once your package is on its way.

Delivery takes 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a nearby pickup point.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been confirmed. Please email hello@amstelinen.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the package within 14 days.

You can return unopened and unused bedding in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund in the form of store credit. Click here for the full return policy.

Return shipping costs are €6.95 and are deducted when submitting a return request. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will reimburse the return costs. For incorrectly delivered or damaged items, return costs are also reimbursed.
