Shipping Time:
All orders for in-stock products are processed and shipped within one business day, unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed before 9:30 PM (CEST) are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code, allowing you to track your package at any time.
Shipping Time: Pre-Orders:
If a product is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly indicated, including an indication of when it will be back in stock. You can still order this product so you don't miss out. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will be shipped to you immediately. We call this a pre-order.
When ordering in-stock products combined with pre-order products, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are available. Splitting an order with already available products is not possible.
Shipping costs
Orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, the cost depends on the destination (€7.95 - €12.95).
Delivery time
Delivery time is 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and any unforeseen circumstances with the delivery service.If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a collection point near you. You will then receive a digital message where you can pick up the package. This location can also be found via the track & trace link. Don't forget your ID when you pick up the package.Destinations
