To help you make a considered choice, we kindly ask that you only open and unfold your bedding if you’re certain you wish to keep it.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@amstelinen.nl include your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, supporting photos.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.
Please note: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.
Once we receive the returned product, it will be assessed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 days. Depending on your payment processor and/or bank, it may take several days for the credit to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping cost is €6.95 and will be settled upon return request. If this is not possible, you will receive additional instructions.
If the return is the result of an error on our part, for example, if the product was damaged, defective, or arrived in the wrong color/size during delivery, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Would you like a different product or did you accidentally order the wrong size? You can return the product as long as it's in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please email us at hello@amstelinen.nl and include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, supporting photos. Amstelinen will provide a return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.
After your request is processed, you will receive store credit, which you can use to place a new order.
Non-returnable products
All returns must meet the following conditions. If these conditions are not met, the products cannot be returned:
Unused, unwashed, and unopened:Â Â The product must be in pristine condition, as you received it. Returns on products that have been used, washed, or opened will not be accepted.
Damage-free:Â Â The product must not show any visible wear or damage, unless it was demonstrably damaged upon receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Possible Exceptions
At Amstelinen, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we are happy to assess possible exceptions based on individual circumstances. Do you have questions about specific situations? European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product, it will be assessed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment processor and/or bank, it may take a few days for the credit to be processed.
Changes to the Returns Policy
Amstelinen reserves the right to change or update this returns policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
